This is a very extensive addition to a split entry. The scope included demolishing the roof off of the garage, adding a bedroom and entertainment area and included re working some of the interior to add an office and help the floor plan overall. In addition we also updated the front façade with natural stone, three types of cedar siding and a clever stairway adjacent to the front door. Other premium materials used here are James Hardie Siding, Icynene spray foam insulation, Marvin windows, JB omera interior doors and trim, custom cabinetry from Lamperts Cabinets and Austrailian cypress hardwood flooring.

Here we have a lower level finish. To start with 1500 sq/ft space was mostly used for storage and the home owners workshop. The home owners were looking for a space that they could use as a supplemental room to entertain and still have the workshop and storage. In addition we also created a wonderful home office and added a bathroom. Finish materials include custom oak cabinetry, granite counter top and porcelain tile floors.
